Hi everyone,
Please help! I have an op report coded with 46750 and 46280 and i'm getting a denial for not allowed for separate procedures. I know there are no NCCI edits for these 2 codes but I have not been able to find any proof to show that these two things can be billed together. Does anyone has any information regarding this? I do not believe they have a separate procedure distinction.
