Wiki Flu/Strep testing in office vs Lab

From a independent lab standpoint, Can you tell me if a doctor test for Flu or Strep via clia waived POC test in the office will the lab be able to test and bill for the PCR FLU and Strep or Strep culture. Are there two different billing codes for the POC in office and the send off to the lab for confirmation of their POC?
