I was wondering if anyone had the link to the 2009 global surgical package with all the major/minor surgery codes that have global days listed?

I have been searching the Federal Register and it has gotten me no-where, I have typed from global period to global follow-up days and nothing.

I did however go into the cms website and PFS search I founf the global period for the ones I needed, but I would like to have a copy of all the major/minor surgery lists from 000-090 days.

I would greatly appreciate it!

This information is on the RVU fee schedule if you can pull it up in an excel file, it will be very easy to sort it by Global days. If you need help doing this, feel free to shoot me a private email with your phone number, and I would be happy to call you and help you do this.
