Going Hospital bases

This fall my oncology clinic will be hospital based. I have been trying to educate myself on the changes in billing. One huge change will be having the hospital charge for the drugs. We now use SDV and MDV. How ill that work...who will apply units of measure for MDV for those insurances that require it?
So many supplies that we did not bill for as OP will now be billed using the Chargemaster.
How does the APC system work ? Does it affect submission of the CPTs?
I am not getting any guidance on this. Will I only submit CPTs?....and E/M.
Advice appreciated. I bought a book on Understanding Hospital Billing and Coding, which I am working through. Will I need to re-certify?
