Need some advice on what to code for the peripheral part of this.

Procedure: Left Ventriculography, Left Cardiac Catherization, Coronary Angiography and Abdominal Aortography

Indications: Chest pain, Shortness of breath, Atherosclerotic coronary artery disease in the native coronary artery. Positive stress nuclear stress test.

Description of procedure:
Approach:
- Right femoral artery approach. Access method: Percutaneous puncture.

Findings/interventions:
Aortography injecions
-The pigtail catheter was advanced into the suprarenal aorta and an injection of contrast was performed.

Aorta and Major Vessels
- There was a 70 to 80% difuse atherosclerotic stenosis in the right common and proximal external iliac arteries. There was a 70 to 80% diffuse atherosclerotic stenosis in the left common and proximal external iliac arteries. There was a 40 to 50% diffuse atherosclerotic stenosis in the infrarenal aorta.

Provation coded this 75625 and G0278. Would that be correct? How would this be coded MCR and Commercial??
Thanks!

Yes, the catheter was left in the Aorta. If it's non Medicare then would you bill 75716 instead of the G0278 or should it be 75630?
