Wiki heart monitor w/o 24 hr monitoring

The patient hand held monitor that we have that one of our doctors wants to give a patient is a Non-Loop & doesn?t have the 24 hour monitoring capability and the patient isn?t hooked up to any electrodes and when the patient feels a symptom then they have to put the monitor up to the chest to record it. What code would I use? 93270 and 93271?
