I have an md asking if he can use the telephone codes 99441-99443 when a VNA(visiting nurse assoc) calls regarding a patient. The call is not actually initiated by the patient but in a sense it is. The patient is the one with the concern. (Ex. constipation, etc)

This sounds more like Care Plan Oversight but that has strict requirements. I don't think this scenario fits the telephone services. Just my thoughts.
