I'm looking for a CPT code for the partial excision of a triceps tendon....elbow.

Help in any direction would be appreciated!

what was excised other than the tendon? was there a ganglion or soft tissue mass associated? was there any kind of repair done?
 
I have the same surgery that I was questioning & the tricep was redundant or hypertrophied, so there was no mass or anything. I was also thinking the unlisted but didnt know if anybody had any other ideas?
