Wiki Help with Adrenal mass Resection

I am having trouble coding a lap. bilateral adernal mass resection. The closest code I am coming to is 60650-but that is a with adrenalectomy, partial or complete, or exploration of adrenal gland with or without biopsy.
Anyone know how i would bill a mass resection only????
