History of ACS in Sickle Cell Patients
You have found that there is no "history of" for ACS. However, ACS is most often a complication of plaque buildup in the arteries in your heart (coronary atherosclerosis). I would report any underlying causes of the ASC like CAD. Have you considered this? I would. What do you think?
