Wiki Hydration Push in Office Setting

What code do you use if you are doing an IV push, less than 15 minutes; sometimes only for saline, but if it happened to be with medications then what would that be? This is done by our ARNP in our office.

Also, for Dialtiazam we're showing J3490, is that correct? Thanks for your help!
