What CPT would this be? 10061? All I & D mention palm, but this is back of hand.

DX: Infected right hand
PROCEDURE:

Patient had cellulitis and was discharged and readmitted because of significant inflammation. A small incison was made over dorsum of hand over area of obvious infection. This was incised and drained significantl and pus was obtained. Wound closed over iodoform drain and dry sterile dressing was applied.

Thanks,

Kim
