Does anybody know how to bill for a Meyer's IV Push and also an Immune Boost? A Meyer's Push has Pyrodoxine, Calcium Gluconate, Magnesium Chloride, Pantothene, Ascorbic Acid, B Complex and Hydroxocobalamin. The Immune Boost has Vit C, B Complex 100, Calcium Gluconate 10%, Methylcobalamin 1000mcg/ml, Heparin 500 U/cc, Magnesium Chloride 200 gh/ml, Potassium Chloride 2meq/cc, Selenium trace elements, Multi trae, Sodium bicarbonate 8.4% and Lidocaine. I talked to somebody who bills for these and was told that they use 96374 for the Meyer's Push and 96374 and 36410 for the Immune Boost. That does not seem right to me, but.......
