Has anyone found a workable ICD10 for billing the antenatal screening labs when billing Medicare and the VA? They are denying our Z36 (which we thought would be the equivalent of V28.89 which they used to pay). The new Medicare NCD only shows the Non-covered ICD10 lists and does not provide any guidance on covered ICD10s. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
