Dr is removing the implant and then doing a TKA. My question is removal of the implant. My understanding is it is similiar to a menisus replacement. It was cemented in. It is either medial or lateral. (this case medial). 27488 does not seem to fit. I wonder if I could reduce it with a -52. My manager wants to avoid unlisted if possible. 20680 ?? doesn't seem like it represents the work involved.
thoughts?
