My providers are looking at opening in office endoscopy suite, I put this great spread sheet to show them the professional fee's they would be paid in the office.
I told them that we would bill will 45378 for colonoscopy and 99152 AND 99153 for the conscious sedation. The providers told me I am wrong. If any of you have experience in billing for these service I like to understand what I am missing.

Did they elaborate on what they think you are wrong about? Are you doing conscious sedation for colonoscopy?

If you are not an ASC or a hospital outpatient center, and you are doing a procedure in your office, you get to bill for the procedure, the anesthesia, the fluoro guidance (if it is not included in your code and if it is applicable to your procedure) and the medications used including the contrast for the fluoro.
