Wiki Infertility Cath Check

In the fertility practice that I work in, a primary diagnostic tool used for patients prior to IUI/IVF procedures is the Cath check, which is the placement of a catheter into the uterus. I cannot find a specific CPT code for this procedure. Does anyone know what code can be used in this case?

If you are talking about the Embryro transfer trial the code would be 58999 and A4550.
