I am basically new to billing, working for home healthcare and need to know how to correctly bill for infusion, I am terribly confused and reading contract UHC does not help. I was trying to look online for an "example claim", but can find none and have called UHC but keep being told today, to call back in an hour (they always seem to have computers down)
