Hello. I am trying to code an ER chart that explains that a 10 month old child has put a tobacco product in her mouth for a brief time. The product was a chewing tobacco bag. Apparently the baby spit the bag right out. The physician documents "tobacco product ingestion without toxicity." Does anyone have a suggestion on how to code this visit?

Id probably go with Z77.29 - Contact with and (suspected ) exposure to other hazardous substances. Its right below contact w/ secondhand smoke.
