The injection was depo medrol and LIDOCAINE HOW WOULD THAT BE COUNTED FOR A LEVEL OF EM?WOULD THAT FALL UNDER MANAGEMENT OPTIONS. WOULD IT BE PART OF THE MEDICAL DECISON MAKING PROCESS CONFUSED

It falls into management options. I would consider it low as in minor surgery (with no identified risk factors). Now, if it is being performed because the chronic condition is exacerbated that could be moderate. But if you are just looking at the injection itself I would consider it low...
Just my opinion...
