What is your take on this scenario.....


Patient is admitted for pain control. They get 6 morphine and 3 fentanyl injections. Which CPTs would you use to code for these initial and subquential pushes?

Also is this inpatient, outpatient, or physician office, and are you coding for the physician or the facility??
