Wiki IOP condition code for UB04

Hello,

I am looking for a condition code for IOP for a UB-04 form for Aetna (Box 18). We sent it with condition code 41 (Claim is for partial outpatient hospitalization services which include a variety of psychiatric programs) and Aetna does not allow that condition code for IOP claims. Can anyone provide what they are using?

I bill for IOP for a substance abuse treatment facility and do not use condition codes. What I have seen with most payers is they want these claims billed as simple as possible. What are you needing a condition code for?
