Wiki is a gluteus medius repair included in 27130?

I have two questions regarding a gluteus medius tear and a total hip.

My doc went in to do a total hip and found a gluteus medius tear which he repaired after replacing the hip, all was done thru the same incision. I am thinking that his may be payable separately but not totally sure. So my first question on this is, is it appropriate to bill these together?

Also, if I can bill for these separately, am I right to use an unlisted and compare it to 27385 or would this be 27006? I am getting conflicting info on this with my research.

It does not seem to be one of the tendons that is normally cut in order to perform the hip replacement. I would bill with the unlisted and compare to 27385. Code 27006 is for a tenotomy so that is not a good comparison code, you want a repair code.
