Can someone give me an idea on what I can charge for this service? I was looking at 49460 but I am not sure if it truly fits. The other option I have considered would be only charging the contrast injection 49465..... and maybe an unlisted coude.

Indication: Kinked gastrojejunostomy tube.

Procedure: The patient was placed in the supine position on the
fluoroscopic table. Fluoroscopic imaging of the abdomen demonstrates
two bends/kinks within the distal jejunostomy tube. An attempt at
injecting contrast through the gastrojejunostomy tube was not
successful due to these kinks causing obstruction. Therefore, a
guidewire was placed through this gastrojejunostomy tube under
fluoroscopic guidance. The guidewire was used to straighten out the
kinks and bends. Contrast was then injected through the
gastrojejunostomy tube which demonstrates the tip within the jejunum.
No complications were encountered.

Impression: Fluoroscopy guided manipulation and straightening of
gastrojejunostomy tube as described above. 1 minute and 30 seconds of
fluoroscopic time was utilized.
