Wiki Knee arthroscopy help

I was wondering if a dr. "Harvests articular cartilage for Genzyme ACI procedure arthroscopically", would I code the 29870? But if he does another knee arthroscopy procedure then I cannot use the 29870, am I correct or should I be using a different code for the harvest? thank you for any imput.

I have seen other procedures done w/ this....example 29870 and 29877 and we just bill 29877...

It is my understanding that if another procedure is performed then it is included in that
procedure.
However, if that is the only procedure done, then you use 29870.
