I am looking for a lab test for H1N1 (swine flu) for CPT. I have found
ICD-9 codes and codes for the vaccines.
 
Swine flu labs

Focus Diagnostics infectious disease reference laboratory, offers commercial laboratory testing for novel influenza A (H1N1). The CPT coding for the test is 87798 x 2. Got this off a lab website...hope it helps!
