Does anyoneo know about lab to lab agreements? I was told today that is when the Dr. bills for the labs services and then the Dr. pays the labs. I wasn't sure if this was a standard practice, it didn't sound right to me. I wasn't sure why they would do this so I was hoping someone could help. It's for DNA testing codes 81225, 81226, 81227, and 81401 where the lab wants our Dr. to bill those codes and then pay the lab a fee per patient. any input is very much appreciated!
