Wiki Lap band placement and adjustment

We do not charge for these during the 90 day global. I have always thought of the 58 modifier as needing to go back in for something that was unexpected from the first procedure due to some type of finding. It is expected that you will be filling or "adjusting" the band in the near future, so i have always thought this was included. I would love to hear others thoughts on this!!!
