Hello. I am covering for a thoracic coder. One of the nurses is needing a code for an authorization. I gave her an unlisted code, but the insurance will not accept this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. It was also mentioned that I can give them the open code. The procedure is:

laparoscopic revision of gastrojejunal anastomosis to esophajejunal anastomosis, resection of marginal ulcer.
