Does anyone know the correct way to code for a laparotomy for repair of hernia after C/S? I have come up with 49002, 49002 and 13160, or do I code a hernia repair? The DX given is fascial dehiscence and procedure is Laporatomy with repair of fascial dehiscence. I have looked till I have totally confused myself! I have only been coding OBGYN for about a year...please help!
