My doctor did a Rt ovarian cystectomy with rt salpingectomy, a Lt ovarian cystectomy and then a D & C. I have found the open ovarian cystectomy with Salpingectomy for ectopic pregnancy but the dx for this surgery is Endometrial hyperplasia and Ovarian mass. Can any one help please?
