I need some help with codes for a left heart catheterization, coronary angiography, LVG with subclavian aniography and right iliac angiography. I am thinking 93459-26 for the LHC, coronaries, LVG, and LIMA, 75710 for the injections of the iliac angiography. Does this sound right? Thank you for your help.
