Hi Fellows,

A patient of ours who had a tram flap procedure and later come back for a late insertion of implant and abdominal countrouring through liposuction. Will the liposuction be covered by the insurance? I was having a problem reimbursing this since the insurace is saying it is a cosmetic surgery. I already appealed this as the patient had a prior tram flap due to breast cancer but still got denied.

Any advise?
