Wiki Liver Transplant - Orthotopic Liver

I am coding an Open Orthotopic Liver transplant and the surgeon performed a Portal Vein Thrombectomy. I am unsure if this would be included in the 47135 or billed out separately. The CPT I am thinking it might be is 34151 but not sure. Please provide some feedback on this.
