Doctor documented consult to stop drug marijuana. What is the appropiate code 305.21 or 304.30

You don't mention if the usage is recreational or they are dependent. If recreational and the the note under 305 is applicable, I would use the 305.21. If they can't go w/o the drug, I would lean towards the 304.30. Doctor may need to be more specific as to usage. I tend to lean towards Nondependent abuse, when documentation is not absolutely clear.
