Wiki medicaid and 17110

Medicaid doesnt reimburse for a wart destruction. I have a few pts who have medicaid and are coming in for repeated cryotherapys. As a coder I would bill the 17110 only but we arent gettin paid anything for these visits. Can you bill an e/m instead?

Medicaid fee schedule for CT shows that 17110 is reimbursable @ $56.93? What reason are they giving for denying?
