Hi,

I have a provider claim: 72195-LT, 72195-LT (MRI of Pelvis) left hip/right hip... is this correct or should it just be billed 72195 because MRI of pelvis includes both left and right sides?????

You were correct in your assumption in regard to the coding of this procedure.
LT or RT are not appropriate modifiers for either the professional side or the technical side.
