For an MRI Hand W and W/O Contrast shouldn't you use 73220? The CPT book also lists 73223 in the index portion??

73220 Upper Ext. (non joint) L/R w/wo, hand, forarm, humerous. 73223 Upper Ext. (any joint) w/wo that would be the difference.
