Op reads:

A caudal incision was made on the right with #15 blade, mucoperichondrium and periosteum of the bony and cartilaginous septum were elevated. As the setptal mucosa was being elevated, there was very large, whitish fibrous mass noted in the posterior nasal vault which was removed with forceps and sent to path

then goes on to finish septoplasty/reduction of nasal bones (21335) and nasal dorsum flattened w/ rasps (30400)

Path came back: nasal polyp w/ fibrotic stroma

Looking at 30118 and would this be inclusive w/ other procedures?

Jamie,

I don't belive that 30118 is inclusive to the other 2 codes you mentioned. I can't find them in the CCI edits at least. I would suggest billed 30118 with modifier 59.
