I have read a ton of information that all says the scapholunate and lunotriquetral ligamentoplasty by laser is included in 29847 (Arthroscopy, wrist, surgical; internal fixation for fracture or instability) but everything I'm seeing is rather old. Does anyone have any current information on this procedure? My physician was told by someone that there is a code for Arthroscopic thermal shrinkage that covers this procedure. Any help is GREATLY appreciated!!!
