Hi All,

I am needing help coding the reversal of 43280- Lap Nissen- This has been done a few times on a patient and is now being reversed. There is too much stricture on the esophagus and patient has a feeding tube. How do I code the reversal? We are needing a code for a pre-auth. Any help is appreciated. Thanks so much.:)
