new to peripheral coding......

sheath placed in r common femoral atery, pigtail manipulated into abdominal aorta. Abdom aortography with emphasis on the renals performed. next this catheter was brought down. Abdominal aortography w ileofemoral run off performed. next glidwire manipulated into SFA. exhange sheath was manipulated. #7 french terumo was exchanged. sehat manipulated into the left external iliac artery. next with use of a quick cross catheter and a glidwire was able to traverse the popliteal region. quick cross was manipulated into the peroneal artery. angiography of peroneal with distal run off performed. guidewire removed. prowater wire was manipulated into the perneal artery. atherectomy was performed on the popliteal area. atherectomy multiple incisions were performed of the popliteal region. Excellent angiographic results were obtained. baloon angioplasty was performed of the distal SFA/proximal popliteal along with mid SFA witha 5x150 ever cross balloon. excellent angiographic results. pressures were inflated and balloon brought back to the proximal and mid SFA and balloon angioplasty of the proximal to mid SFA was performed. initial stenosis 100% resolved to 20%.

here are the codes I was thinking and don't know what order......

35493, 36247, 7599226, 36248, 35474, 3547476, 7596226, 7596426, 9354459, 756302659

sheath placed in r common femoral atery, pigtail manipulated into abdominal aorta. Abdom aortography (75625)with emphasis on the renals performed. next this catheter was brought down. Abdominal aortography w ileofemoral (75716)run off performed. next glidwire manipulated into SFA. exhange sheath was manipulated. #7 french terumo was exchanged. sehat manipulated into the left external iliac artery. next with use of a quick cross catheter and a glidwire was able to traverse the popliteal region. quick cross was manipulated into the peroneal artery. (36247) angiography of peroneal (75774)with distal run off performed. guidewire removed. prowater wire was manipulated into the perneal artery. atherectomy (35493/75992)was performed on the popliteal area. atherectomy multiple incisions (what is this? did he convert to an open procedure?) were performed of the popliteal region. Excellent angiographic results were obtained. baloon angioplasty was performed of the distal SFA/proximal popliteal (35474/75962)along with mid SFA (35474-76,75964) with a 5x150 ever cross balloon. excellent angiographic results. pressures were inflated and balloon brought back to the proximal and mid SFA and balloon angioplasty of the proximal to mid SFA was performed. initial stenosis 100% resolved to 20%.

35493, 36247, 7599226, 36248, 35474, 3547476, 7596226, 7596426, 9354459, 756302659

I see :
35493/75992
35474/75962
35474-76,75964
36247
75716 ( assuming an interpretation)
75625 (assuming an interpretation)
75774 (assuming an interpretation)

I do not see 93544, 75630 or 36248 documented.

HTH :)
