Can anyone advise where to look the physician did a left wrist arthroscopy with debridement of the central tfcc tear and multiple drill holes in the lunate for the chondromalacia after chondroplasty.

We've coded a 29846 for the triangular fibrocartilage debridement but now Im stuck trying to find anything for the dill holes placed in the lunate.
