We recvd a denial frm BC that 95900 was inclusive to 95903 can I use modifier -59 on the 95900 if it was done on the SAME nerve???? Or does it have to be a diff nerve in order to use modifier -59. My dr said it was done on the same nerve but it is two complete diff studies that was performed. How can I bill this. Thanks in advance for anyone's help.
