Hi can anyone tell me when coding for neurosurgery, example a decompression and a fusion & instrumentation, is it the code with highest RVU's that are coded first. Any help on this is appreciated
 
I went to an AANS conference this past September and we were told to list them in RVU order with the highest RVU first.
