Wiki non union femor neck fracture with im rod and screws with malfunction

I have a patient that has had femor neck fracture repair with im rod and screws in February and now is said to have failed implants and non union having arthroplasty. should i just use the arthroplasty code with removal of implants or use open treatment of a fracture with prosthetic implant code.
