Can anyone give me some resources on finding out what surgeries are approved for the office setting?
We are having a c-arm installed in our office (OR suite, which is fully lead lined). So that we can perform outpatient angio's on site; want to make sure we bill appropriately.
We are credentialed with all of our insurance companies as an office setting.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
