Can we can add a dialysis visit as one of the visits allowed for the month when billing 90960- 90962 if an ESRD patient comes in to the office? Our Dr tells me we can, but I thought the dialysis visits required the patient to be having dialysis treatment when the Dr visits in order to charge for it. Does anyone have any definite answer or source for this question? Thanks!
