Wiki On Demand events

Hello:

I am wondering how many of you have purchased the "on demand" webinars thru AAPC? I am considering listening in on the one pertaining ot Lesions and scars. My only issue is that when I try to make sure my computer is compatible via the test AAPC has it tells me that I will only be able to view the slideshow presentation w/o audio?

Has anyone else run into this issue/problem? I want to be able to hear the recorded audio not only see the slides. Any suggestions. Currently AAPC is closed but I plan on calling them once they open. This event received 4 out of 5 stars...

I’ve just purchased an on demand webinar and can see the slides but the on demand button is shaded out and I can’t select it so I have no audio either. I’ll also have to wait to call when AAPC is open.

It's working fine for me.

I'd suggest running the system check at the top of the webinar screen - perhaps the device you were using doesn't meet the minimum system requirements?

Hi I tried this and even tested the computer again and still I can't see any of the on-demand? I am only seeing the up coming ones?

Did you scroll down to the On Demand events? They are in a separate box under the Upcoming Events. I'm not having any trouble seeing them right now in Google Chrome.
