When coding for the Orthovisc, Synvisc, and Kenalog steroid injections, which level would be appropriate on the Table of Risk? I'm wondering if these medications can be considered at the same level as prescription drug management at the moderate level under management options or should it be on the low level of management options? What is the collective thinking out there?
